Every thursday morning Riverpro employees has a gathering at the factory parking where they sing the Kings Song of Thailand and then has common work out. After this one member of the company management team makes a speech and finally all employees helps to clean the factory front side.
Otherwise we're making good this far, tuesday afternoon we presented our observations from first week and some suggestions for improvements to the management board.and they seemed to be very satisfied with our results. Also, almost every employee at Riverpro seems to be happy over our presence and they are very friendly to us.
Tomorrow we go for a 2 days trip to Pattaya to visit some work friends from Sweden.
